I certify that all information I have provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I acknowledge that any false or misleading information will be considered an attempt to deceive DaraLoan and its partners. I authorize DaraLoan to verify and investigate the information provided through references and other reliable sources as necessary. For this purpose, I waive my rights to the confidentiality of client information and expressly consent to the processing of any personal information and records related to me that may be obtained from third parties, including government agencies, my employer, credit bureaus, business associates, and other entities deemed appropriate by DaraLoan. This is for the purpose of determining my eligibility for the loan I am applying for. Furthermore, I understand that whether or not DaraLoan calculates my credit score or approves the loan, this application, all supporting documents, and any additional information obtained in connection with this application will be used, shared with, and remain the property of DaraLoan. I give DaraLoan my explicit and unrestricted permission to share any information about me with any bank, affiliate, or other financial institution. I specifically acknowledge and consent to: 1) the routine submission and disclosure of my basic credit information, including any updates or corrections; and 2) the sharing of my basic credit information with other lenders and authorized credit reporting agencies.”

1. After you have downloaded or streamed a copy of the App onto your mobile phone or portable device, visit our website or the Google Play Store ("App Site") to download or stream another copy of the DaraLoan mobile application software (the "Device").

2. Any services offered by the App on the App Site or any of our other sites ("Services Sites").

- Authorities: Refers to any government, tax authority, securities or futures exchange, court, central bank, or law enforcement organization with jurisdiction over DaraLoan, as well as any of their agents.

- Customer/User: Any individual within the Territory to whom DaraLoan provides products or services.
- Customer Information: Pertinent information about you, your transactions, your use of our products and services, your relationship with DaraLoan, your personal data, confidential information, and/or tax information.
- Financial Crime: Includes money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption, tax evasion, fraud, evasion of economic or trade sanctions, and/or any acts or attempts to circumvent or violate laws related to these activities.
- Laws: Includes any local or foreign law, regulation, judgment or court order, voluntary code, sanctions regime, agreement between any DaraLoan member and an Authority, or agreement or treaty between Authorities applicable to DaraLoan.

- Services: Includes maintaining the App available on our site or hosted on the App Site once you have downloaded or streamed a copy of the App onto your Device.

If you do not agree, we will not perform this operation, and the application will not be able to provide normal service for you and exit Application.

3.3 Calendar Information: We collect calendar information to enable you to set up loan due date reminders within the app, which will help you repay your loan on time. The calendar information will be uploaded to https://www.daraloan.com/. We will delete the calendar information after we have determined your risk profile.

3.4 Phone Number: We collect your phone number, email address, and Social Account to uniquely identify you and ensure no unauthorized device or person is acting on your behalf. The phone number will be uploaded to https://www.daraloan.com/.

3.5 Installed Applications: We collect metadata from each installed application on your device, including application name, package name, installation time, update time, version name, and version code, to assess your creditworthiness.

3.6 Photos and Videos: We collect personal identification information, including photos and videos, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
